Mobile Sports Betting App
At present, the Peppermill does not offer any online gaming services, at least as far as the casino is concerned. Many venues across the state are innovating and offering exciting, remote gaming services that come with an impressive range of casino games, so we are quite surprised that Peppermill hasn’t followed suit. We are confident they will make improvements in this area in the future; for now, however, you can access the Peppermill sportsbook via the mobile betting app. We will look into this in more detail in the later sections.
Lots of Peppermill Resort Promotions
We were very pleased to discover that the Peppermill does not spare any expense when it comes to promotions for players. The venue always has at least a couple of regular promotions on offer — the best part is, you don’t need to be a member of the loyalty scheme in order to take part. You’ll find occasional, random prize draws and cash giveaway promotions where anyone can be a winner, and more cool incentives in the casino. Check out the casino promotions page on the website for more details.
The are also regular travel package deals up for grabs that offer considerable savings on hotel rooms, dining, and entertainment. These are subject to regular change and availability, so make sure you keep a close eye on the package deals displayed on the official website to avoid missing out. Seniors, military servicemen and women, and Triple A card holders are also eligible for special discounts and promotions.
Peppermill Passport Rewards Club
The loyalty scheme here at the Peppermill has regularly been voted the best in the city. However, it’s not only because of the rewards on offer to customers. One of the best things about the program is how easy it is to start stacking up points. While many venues only allow you to acquire points when playing on slots, here, purchases at dining destinations count towards your tally, as do all the casino services — this includes all table games and the sportsbook. Some of the rewards available include discounted event tickets, free spa days, and plenty more.
Premier Sports Betting Services
The sports betting lounge at the Peppermill underwent extensive refurbishments not too long ago. Now, truly first-class services are housed here, allowing sports enthusiasts to access an impressive range of betting markets in comfort and style. Simulcast services allow you to watch and wager on a variety of racing events from around the nation and the world — you can also wager on top-level action from the NBA, NHL, MLB, NFL and NCAA. Be sure to visit the impressive lounge, complete with stunning, 5K displays, bar food, and drinks when you visit. Alternatively, you can access the entire sportsbook via the sports betting app.
Outstanding Entertainment & Events
The Peppermill is renowned for offering some of the best entertainment in town. In fact, the entertainment here is just as good — if not, better — than the outstanding casino gaming services we’ve highlighted thus far in this review. Stick around for the following sections, where we will be outlining all of the non-gambling-related attractions on offer and taking a close look at the quality of the hotel and its facilities.
Top Hotel With Loads of Amenities
The hotel here at The Peppermill is divided into four sections. The Peppermill and Tuscany Towers are located in the main building and house the venue’s most opulent rooms and suites. They are all in keeping with the Tuscan-themed decor and style, and many boast panoramic views, four-pillared beds, and luxurious amenities. The North & West Wings are located just outside the main building and offer more budget-friendly options.

General Company Info
The Peppermill first opened back in 1971 when two lifelong friends, Nat Carasali and Bill Paganetti, decided to open a coffee shop and lounge. The pair expanded their operations and entered into the gaming business in 1980, opening a small casino and motor lodge south of Midtown Reno. Three decades and several expansions later, the Peppermill has evolved into one of the premier hotel-casinos in Northern Nevada. Its most recent development was the unveiling of the all-suite, 17-storey Tuscany Tower.

After having secured a full gambling license from the Nevada Gaming Control Board many years ago, The Peppermill has continued to offer visitors quality casino gaming services and facilities. The venue also leads the way with regard to clean, sustainable energy. It completed a project in 2010, which enables the facility to harness hot water energy from a nearby reservoir. The power source is used to heat the venue’s pools and also helps to cut waste often produced by air conditioning systems.
One of the Best in Reno
As we approach the end of our Peppermill Resort review, we’re just about ready to reveal the all-important final verdict. First, we’ll say that the venue performed exceptionally well in nearly all of our testing categories. There’s room for improvement when it comes to online casino gaming services, but aside from this, it offers a great range of accommodation options, top casino facilities, promotions, loyalty benefits, and exciting entertainment. All in all, it lives up to its strong reputation. For more reviews of top casinos in Nevada, click the link.
